Ilhaam’s Profile

Born and raised in the Sultanate of Oman, and a proud mother of four, I continue to pursue my learning journey and passion in educational leadership as an Assistant Principal for Early Years. My professional career initiated  in academia as a lecturer and Quality Assurance officer for a higher education institution. Wearing my freelancer hat, I have developed and facilitated enrichment workshops both locally and internationally and an appointed member of the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority’s (OAAA) Register of External Reviewers for Institutional Standards Assessment. Prior to that, I was a former Social Assistant at the University of Leeds, before moving to Scotland, where I received a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering and Management at the University of Glasgow.
